1. Who sells this
The free workshop and the paid Full System on neverforgetnames.com are offered by Pascal Hausberger, based in Spain. For any question about these terms, email hello@neverforgetnames.com.
2. What these terms cover
The free workshop costs nothing and needs no payment. These terms mainly cover the paid Full System you can buy at the end of it. By paying, you agree to them.
3. What the Full System includes
- A second live hour, starting 10 minutes after the free workshop ends. If you can't stay, you get the recording.
- My full template.
- My Chrome extension, with updates for 12 months from the day you buy.
- Two weeks of support after the workshop, by email.
4. Price and payment
The price is €49, paid once, and it includes VAT where VAT applies. Payment runs through Stripe, and you get a receipt by email. Nothing renews automatically. After the 12 months of updates, it is up to you whether to keep getting them. If I offer a renewal, I will tell you the price before you pay anything.
5. Delivery
After you pay, I send the access links by email to the address you used at checkout, usually on the same day. If nothing arrives within 48 hours, check your spam folder and then email me.
6. Refund policy
- You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of buying. You don't need to give a reason.
- Email hello@neverforgetnames.com from the address you used to buy. I refund the full amount, VAT included, to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
- When I refund you, your access ends. Please stop using the template and the extension and delete your copies.
- If I cancel or reschedule the live hour and you can't join the new time, you can have the recording or a full refund.
- After 30 days, I only refund where the law requires it, or when I decide to.
- If you live in the EU or the UK, you also have the legal rights that apply where you live, including the right to cancel a distance purchase. This policy is in addition to them and does not reduce them.
7. Using the template and the extension
Both are for your personal use. Please don't resell, share or publish them, or the recordings.
The extension is an independent tool. It has no connection to LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp or Meta. Those platforms change their pages often, so the extension may stop working or work only in part, and I can't promise it will always work. Using a tool on those platforms may go against their rules and could lead to restrictions on your account. You use the extension at your own risk. You are responsible for following those platforms' rules and for how you handle the personal data of the people you save.
8. Support
For two weeks after the workshop, you can email me questions about the workshop, the template and the extension. Each weekday I answer questions in a group email or a short screen recording sent to all buyers. I will not include your name or email address unless you ask me to. I answer on a best-effort basis and can't promise a reply to every message on the same day.
9. Recordings
The free workshop has no replay. The second hour is recorded, and buyers get the recording. If you turn on your camera or microphone or write in the chat, you may appear in it. Leave them off if you would rather not, and send questions by email instead. The privacy policy has the details.
10. No promise of results
A system only helps if you use it. I can't promise a particular result.
11. Liability
As far as the law allows, my liability to you is limited to the amount you paid. This does not limit any liability that the law does not allow me to limit, and it does not affect your rights as a consumer.
12. Governing law
Spanish law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live.
13. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you buy is the one that applies to your purchase.
